Terms and Conditions:

• All pets must be fully vaccinated and their vaccination certificate sighted on arrival.
• All pets must be on a current heartworm and flea/tick prevention program.
• A service agreement and pet profile must be completed for all assignments.
• 10% discount applies on all services for pets registered as members on the website.
• A quote for your personalised pet care request will be provided at your In-Home ‘no-obligation’ appointment for your consideration before booking.
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of the booking.
• The balance of payment is due upon commencement of the service agreement.
• Any cancellations within a 24-48 hour period will forfeit your 50% deposit.
•  Failure to keep your booking without any notice, will result in a full fee charge.
• Failure to keep to the dates and times of the agreement will result in additional charges.
• 10% surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
• 10% surcharge applies for the Christmas period, Friday 17th December, 2010 to Monday 10th January, 2011
• $20 travel fee applies for additional transportation, pick ups, drop offs, on top of the service fees and for all areas outside our service area (service area link).
• All prices include GST and are subject to change.
• We only accept cash or bank transfers.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking due to risks or harm becoming of the Pets Secret Servant.
